"Great for the family and or you and the kids
This hotel is great. The staff here are 5star caliber, with customer service second to none. They have a food court and mini store with bar and mini game room that is all on location. They are right next to a mini golf and a mini carnival. Great location and maybe 5 min to Disney. I have stayed here 5 times or so and have never had a problem. Again I have to say honestly that the hotel is in 'good' condition with 2 pools and theme rooms for the little ones but the staff and service is second to none. if you have a family of 4 or more I would recommend that you stay here. Buffet breakfast free to kids. Stay here and your kids eat a free breakfast, it is a nice spread. Game room and pools. Hot tubs also. "Great place to stay with small kids!
The Seralago with the Kids Suite was the perfect choice for us. Our four and two-year old girls loved having their own mini suite almost as much as they loved the Magic Kingdom. "Definitely Would Recommend this Hotel
My best friend and I stayed at this hotel from January 18th-January 21st. The staff at this hotel were great. They were very friendly and really made out stay worthwhile. I must admit that we were expecting the worse since in October we had stayed at a nearby hotel, had a very bad experience, which ultimately, left a sour taste in our mouth. "My family checked in and everyone was so nice. I had my 2 dogs and 2 children with us and we enjoyed our stay. Employees were very nice. They were all very helpful. When I needed a sheet change for the crib, they were more than happy to help. When I asked for anything, they were very happy to help. The Hotel was clean and equipped with everything I needed. "Our vacation started off really crappy but it got better once we got to Seralago. The lady who checked us in, I think her name was Vanessa, was very pleasant and understanding. She gave the kids free tokens for the game room so that we could pass time while our information was uploaded to their computers. Our housekeeper was Carolyn and she did an excellent job everyday (we were not the neatest people). Overall the hotel was great and we definitely are going back again.
