Q: Is our credit card charged when we make a reservation?
A: No, your credit card is charged when you check out of our Orlando family hotel. Debit cards however, are charged at check-in.

Q: Does your hotel in Kissimmee FL have cribs or rollaway beds available?
A: Cribs are available free of charge. Rollaway beds are available for an additional charge of $10.

Q: Do you allow pets?
A: Small dogs 40 lbs and under are welcome. We charge a non-refundable $40 fee for necessary cleaning services.

Q: What form of transportation is available to the resort from Orlando International Airport?
A: Maingate Transportation provides transportation to our hotel for a charge. You may contact them at 407-870-5553.

Q: How can I purchase attraction tickets?
A: We're very proud to say that for your convenience you may purchase attraction tickets in our hotel lobby. Please see our Ticket Concierge in our front lobby.

Q: What time may I check-in and check-out?
A: Check-in is any time after 4 PM. You may check out any time before 11 AM.
